In September 2025, Call Center Services International (CCSI), a leading provider of Nearshore solutions, welcomed it's partner to it's Mexico City offices. The visit focused on reinforcing training for a new class of agents, conducting the Monthly Business Review (MBR) with key leaders from both organizations and fostering engagement and collaboration across teams.
During their stay, Justin T., Head of Operations, together with Training team members Emma M. and Destine L., took the opportunity to celebrate Mexican traditions with offices decorated for Independence Day, where the CCSI team treated employees to delicious esquites as a gesture of appreciation.
Additionally, the visitors deepened their understanding of operational processes and strengthened relationships with the agents by organizing a Pizza Party at Justin’s request to recognize the team’s outstanding performance. This event provided an opportunity to recharge, interact in a relaxed environment, and reinforce collaboration.
